Goal-Setting Printables Based On Girl, Stop Apologizing
In my last post, I told you about Girl Stop Apologizing by Rachel Hollis.
This week I wanted to share with you a couple of goal-setting printables I created to go with the planning section of Girl, Stop Apologizing.
The first is the Brain Soup printable. The Brain Soup printable is where you dump all your ideas about how you might be able to reach you goal.
At this point, dump everything onto this list. Don’t worry about whether it’s a viable idea. That part will come later.
After you’ve emptied your brain of all possibilities, you narrow them down.
Pick the three ideas that would, “if you actually achieved them,” definitely get you closer to your goal.
These three ideas become the mile markers that you will fill in on your road map.
When you have your mile markers in place, you can do another brain dump.
What are all the steps you need to take to reach Mile Marker one? List them out, put them in order, and assign yourself due dates for each task.
Do the same for Mile Markers two and three.
For more detailed instructions on Rachel’s goal planning process, check out Girl, Stop Apologizing: A Shame-Free Plan For Embracing and Achieving Your Goals.
If you already have the book and are ready to get started, I hope you find these printables helpful.
